Rangers star moves to Germany

Borussia Monchengladbach is the new home for Australian defender Craig Moore after the player left Rangers and is the second defender to leave Ibrox in a matter of days after Jean-Alain Boumsong's move to Newcastle.

It is of course no shock that Moore has left to join up once again with manager Dick Advocaat, he had fell out of favour in Glasgow and had not actually played for the side since September, he had been there 11 years and all parties concerned felt a change could be for the best.

It will be interesting now where Rangers decide to spend the money they will receive for Jean-Alain Boumsong, but a defender must be high on their list of priorities.
