Atletico, Celtic, Southampton in for Liverpool pla

Atletico Madrid, Valencia, Celtic and Southampton are all being credited as likely summer Liverpool's Igor Biscan destinations for, with Harry Redknapp already thought to have submitted a £500,000 offer for his services. Under normal circumstances,

Rafa Benitez would probably have allowed the player to leave during the transfer window.

But these are far from ordinary times at Anfield, an injury list as long as the proverbial arm, could well see Biscan feature for Liverpool more and more this season, and with Xabi Alonso sidelined for around two months with a broken ankle, he could go into the team sooner rather than later.

He would be expected to leave in the summer though and a spell in La Liga could very well tempt the player.
