Charlton are lining up a move for Marseille striker Peguy Luyindula, according to the French media. Luyindula arrived at Marseille in the summer, but has so far failed to impress, which according to reports will tempt the French club into allowing him to leave.
Fulham are also said to be interested in the former Lyon striker, and with Marseille looking to free up some space in their squad a move could be very much on the cards. Alan Curbishley has not exactly made a secret of his desire to strengthen his squad during the transfer window and sees Luyindula as just the sort of player to do that.
The player has stated previously that he is happy in France, but if Charlton were to dangle first team football under his nose, the chances are he would move.
