Diarre Wants Permanent Move

Liverpool defender Alou Diarre has stated he would like his on-loan move to French club Lens to become permanent.

Diarre could not fit in the Liverpool team with the likes of Carragher and Hyppia higher up the pecking order.

 

However, Diarre has impressed in the French league this year and would like to move permanently.

 

Diarre said:

 

"I have found a well-balanced life here.

"Lens are ambitious and it is due to this club that I have become an international player.

"Perhaps an agreement can be found between Liverpool and Racing. I hope so because it would be sad not to be a part of this adventure."
