Barcelona target happy at Spurs

Barcelona have targeted Tottenham goalkeeper Paul Robinson as a potential summer swoop, but it looks like Robinson has dashed any hopes of a move to Spain, stating he was the happiest he has ever been in his playing career.

Speaking to the clubs official website Robinson stated:

"I think this is the best season I've had.”

"Playing for England always gives me a lift. It was great to keep a couple of clean sheets against Northern Ireland and Azerbaijan and to make a save when I was called upon.”

"To break into the England team is a big achievement as well and I'm still only 25, so I've still got a lot to learn. That's an old cliché, I know, but hopefully I've got a lot of years ahead of me to get better.”
