French interest for Southampton flop

French interest for Southampton flop Southampton’s Mikael Nilsson has stated that he could be tempted to move to France and Rennes at the end of the season.

He has hardly set the place alight in his time with Southampton, making just 20 appearances and none at all in the last month. But he will be offered the chance to resurrect his career in France or failing that has an option to return to Sweden.

He has already stated that he plans to discuss his future at Southampton in the summer.
