PSG and Lyon eye Newcastle mouthpiece

French clubs PSG and Lyon are rumoured to be keeping an eye on Laurent Robert’s situation at Newcastle. They are willing to offer a lifeline to the occasionally talented, forever lazy whingeing French so called star.

Shooting his own team mates and manager, not to mention his fans, who pay his wages, so publicly in the foot yesterday, just before one of the biggest matches of the season, will not have done a lot to help the whingeing Frenchman’s cause.

There could be a problem though as it seems unlikely that either of the French clubs will pay anything like the market value for Robert.

Although what exactly the market Value is for Robert is debatable. 30 pieces of silver perhaps?
