Davids drops Premiership hint

Arsenal, Spurs, Chelsea and Liverpool have all been connected with a summer move for Edgar Davids, and today he has stated that the Premiership interests him.

“I am always looking for new challenges, I have played in Italy, Spain and of course Holland, I would like something new, perhaps a move to England, but really I am just exploring my options at the moment.”

His career at Inter is over, even if neither parties will admit to the fact publicly, and a bid for an emotional return to Holland and Ajax looks set to flounder, through lack of funds.

So by process of elimination, that leaves the Premiership, but if he has had any specific offers yet, he was not saying.
