'Lazio Sign Vogel'

According to 'Het Eindhovens Dagblad' Lazio Roma officials confirmed that Swiss international and PSV midfielder Johann Vogel is about to sign a 3 year deal with the club.

'The moment has come when we can offer some clearness' stated Vogel's agent Andrea Pretti. De Telegraag also reported Lazio and the midfielder are in advanced talks. Pretti held talks with the Romanian outfit earlier this week.

Vogel's contract is set to expire at the end of the season. PSV offered him a new deal but the 28 year old wants a new challenge.

Lazio isn't the only interested side, earlier this season VFL Wolfsburg declared their interest in the Swiss, who is in his 6th year with PSV.
