Newcastle star to Italy

Well I say star I should say part time star when he can be bothered, on those rare occasions he actually gets his bloody finger out and moves a bit, Laurent Robert is being credit with a move to Italy, in today’s Italian press.

With both Roma and neighbours Lazio credited with an interest, for the talented but frequently slovenly Frenchman.

There are times I will be sad to see, him go, the magical free kicks, the inch perfect crosses, then there is the rest of the time, when I would help him pack. Well if he does end off in Rome, whether it is the Blue or Red side of the eternal city, one thing is for sure, the Ultra’s will soon let him know what they think.

It does seem he will be moving though, with Freddy Shepherd finally losing patience with a player who never seemed to grasp the idea of keeping his mouth shut.

Well ciao Robert, I would say its been fun, a lot of the time, but a lot of the time I simply wanted to wring your neck.
