FIFA Chief wants Chelsea ban

FIFA president Sepp Blatter has stated that he thinks it would be a good idea if Chelsea received a complete ban from trading in the transfer market this summer should they be found guilty in the Ashley Cole tapping up incident.

Blatter said: "I think that is a good idea. We need more discipline and more respect for the regulations."

The hearing continues today, but if they are found guilty it seems unlikely that Blatter will get his wish, with just a fine anticipated.
