Chelsea close in on another multi million pound pl

Chelsea are close to completing the capture of Athletic Bilbao full back Asier Del Horno. He will set back the West London club around 11.5 million pounds.

It is a deal that has been rumoured for some months now, and it finally looks like it has come to fruition, there could yet be last minute interest from Real Madrid, but they are thought unlikely to match Chelsea’s bid.

The news comes as the trail for tapping up another left back, Arsenal’s Ashley Cole continues.
