Liverpool star in German move?

Dietmar Hamann has revealed that he is in talks with Hamburg over a move back to Germany. His contract at Liverpool is up in the summer and he was recently linked with a move to Bolton.

But speaking to Bild Hamann confirmed his interest in a return home:

"HSV would be the right club for me."

"I can well imagine moving to the Bundesliga especially with the 2006 World Cup looming large.

"I have spoken to Hamburg but nothing is 100 percent certain as yet, I have to talk to Liverpool about it first."
