PSV To Sign Freddy Adu?

Worlds most sought after youngster Freddy Adu is close to signing for PSV Eindhoven, if we have to believe reports in both the United States and Holland.

Freddy Adu (DC United) made his debut on the highest level at only 14 and has been tracked by a host of European giants ever since.

Amongst those who tried to lure the youngster to Europe are Manchester United, Barcelona, Real Madrid, Ajax, Juventus, Chelsea, Internationale and Arsenal.

But now it seems, a bit unlikely side, PSV Eindhoven are in pole position to land the world famous teenager.

PSV offered a youth contract and Phillips offered his dad a job. Adu's girlfriend already lives in Eindhoven.

It could be likely that Chelsea are involved in a deal and that they will have a option to buy him later on.
Chelsea and PSV have a good working coorporation, Chelsea also payed a part of Brazilian defender Alex' transfer fee last summer.
