European D-day for Spurs Update.

Sunday will be the day Martin Jol and Spurs find out their fate, for Sunday is the day that the lottery that is Fair Play League is drawn. They have a two in five chance of qualification for the UEFA Cup.

Two places remain and Spurs face competition from Hammarby of Sweden, JK Tulevik Viljandi of Estonia, BSC Young Boys of Switzerland and an as yet unnamed Danish side.

Spurs fans can find out first hand by tuning in at half-time to the women's European championship tie between England and Finland on Sunday.

As has been kindly pointed out to me by Jon from the North London Pride site (which if you are a Spurs fan I can’t recommend highly enough, obviously I could recommend you stop being a Spurs fan, but hey live and let suffer is my motto.)

I am wrong on this and it’s actually 2 from 6, having forgotten Mainz from Germany. Now personally I have a habit of forgetting Germans but again that is my way.
