Woodgate finally ready for Real?

Almost a year after leaving Newcastle United Jonathan Woodgate is finally starting full training with a view to making his debut for Real Madrid next season.

In fact he is to go without any holidays in the summer to make sure he is ready, training twice a day six days a week, Woodgate is finally looking like he is ready to try and justify his 13.4 million pound transfer fee.

Should he regain full fitness, Real will soon realise that they have one of the best defenders in the business.
