Emre to actually tell us where the hell he is goin

The Italian press still reckon Newcastle United are favourites, but some sections state Everton, but either way tomorrow we will be at last put out of our misery, when quite possibly one of the longest transfer sagas of what seems like all time will come to an end.

That is when Emre will finally announce he is joining the glory that is Newcastle United, or slinking off to play in some rat infested hell-hole. Really I can’t be much fairer than that.

Souness flew out to Turkey, that much is clear, Inter are talking to someone else that much is painfully clear (although who is not actually so clear). Emre is teasing the press with snippets, we all know he is coming to England, but where exactly?

Emre has in the past stated his willingness to join Newcastle. And if that does indeed happen I would like to be among the first to welcome him and wish him well, he is a player of undoubted class and ability and will be a welcome addition to the midfield.

Should he go anywhere else, well he is a short, cheating foreigner, who Newcastle are better off without.
