Arsenal agree terms for German star

Arsenal vice-chairman David Dein flew to Germany last night to tie up the loose ends in a 7 to 8 million pound deal to bring Stuttgart midfielder Aleksander Hleb to Highbury.

Arsene Wenger confirmed stating:

"The transfer has been completed. He is packing his bags to come to London.''

Hleb has been winning many plaudits and Arsenal have done well to capture him. Stuttgart are believed to want to turn to Luis Figo to try and replace the loss of arguably their best player.
