Bolton in talks with Roma over midfielder

Bolton are in talks with Roma over the possible capture of French star Olivier Dacourt, Sam Allardyce sees the former Leeds man as a perfect addition to his midfield after losing out on Dietmar Hamann and Laurent Robert.

He faces competition from Spain, but Bolton are undoubted favourites to land Dacourt and with Roma keen for him to leave, it would seem just a matter of getting the numbers right.
