Real Madrid deny Davids interest

Inter Milan had been believed to have offered Real Madrid Edgar Davids, in part of a deal to bring Luis Figo to the club, But Real have turned this option down, saying that Davids is not part of their plans.

This could tempt Juventus into a move for the much travelled Dutch midfielder, who possibly enjoyed the best football of his career with the Italian champion, before a fall out saw him move to first Barcelona and then ultimately Inter Milan, where a second fall out has left him searching for another club.
