Everton are closer to sign Malian midfielder Momo Sissoko from Valencia since both teams have reached an agreement. Now, the player has to accept the offer made by the English team. Ronaldinho is very close to extending his contract with Barca to 2014.

Valencia has agreed with Everton the terms of transfer of Momo Sissoko. Everton will pay around 8 million euros to sign the midfielder, and contract talks with the player have started. One of the reasons that will make him reach an agreement with Everton is that new Valencia trainer Quique Sánchez Flores was not going to use him, since now the team is filled with midfielders.

Barcelona and Ronaldinho have reached an agreement over the extension of the player’s contract. Only the signature is missing, and once it is done, Barca will be satisfied to know that they will keep their biggest star until 2010, with an extension for four more years. His new release clause will be like the one on Etoo’s and Messi’s contract: 150 million euros.
