Hertha striker claims Spurs contact

Hertha Berlin striker Solomon Okoronkwo has claimed that three clubs including Tottenham Hotspur have made enquires about him; the other two clubs involved are AC Milan and Monaco.

Speaking to the 'Daily Champion' Okoronkwo stated:

"There is this popular saying that you don't change a winning horse.

"If you are comfortable where you are, why seek change for the fun of it?

"It is a positive thing that big clubs like Monaco, Milan and Tottenham Hotspur made enquiries about me, but I love my focus on Hertha.

"The club made me what I am today, I have contributed my own quota to our achievement last season and I am optimistic we will record a better outing this season."
