No Bolton move for Dutch star

Andy van der Meyde's agent has denied reports that his client was set to sign for Bolton, Italian press reports over the weekend had stated that he was on the verge of a move.

But the player’s agent Chiel Dekker has stated that he has had absolutely no contact from Bolton, but refused to out rule a move to the Premiership.

He told skysports.com:

"I have seen the reports about Bolton, but I have not heard anything from anyone at Bolton."

"I spoke to Internazionale today and they have not heard anything and there has been no official contact.

"At the moment there is nothing official, but Andy wants to move on as he has been at Inter for two years and he wants to get back to how he was at Ajax and play regular football.

"I think Andy will stay in Italy or go to England.

"He will be with Inter when they go to England next week for some friendlies and he will hoping to catch the eye there.

"Fiorentina I believe wanted him on loan, but I think Inter would prefer a permanent transfer.

"We will now just wait and see what offers are made and it all depends on who the club are."
