No Spurs move for Dutch star

Spurs manager Martin Jol has denied reports that he is lining up a bid for Feyenoord striker Dirk Kuyt, insisting he is happy with his attacking line up at Spurs:

"You are always trying to strengthen your squad, but I think ours is pretty good.

"We have never approached Kuit or made an offer because we have four strikers. As a group of four strikers they are second to none."

He went on to speaking of his ambitions for next season:

"I have to keep the squad fit, that is the main thing. My aim is to get the same points at home as last season. We did well at home and only lost once, to Chelsea, after November."

"But I'd like more points away from home and if we do that we can improve on last season."
