Celta after former Spurs and Gunners target

Newly promoted La Liga side Celta de Vigo are interested in signing Ajax winger Daniël De Ridder. The 21-year old right winger was told yesterday that he is allowed to leave Ajax.

Daniël De Ridder is a fans favourite at Ajax but despite of that, Ajax coaches Ronald Koemand and Danny Blind didn't rated him good enough for a starting place.

The 21-year old attracted interest before from Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United.

De Ridder played 30 games for Ajax, in which he scored three goals.
