Spurs land PSV star?

According to the Dutch press Spurs have signed PSV Eindhoven defender Lee Young-pyo. Voetbal International are reporting that the left back will join Spurs in a €2 million deal.

PSV had been hoping to hang on to their young star but he follows his compatriot Park Ji-sung, who joined Manchester United into the Premiership.
