Viana looking for permanent switch

Portugal midfielder Hugo Viana is looking to make his loan move from Newcastle United to Valencia permanent, speaking at a news conference today the 22 year old stated:

"My first aim is to help the team and after that if Valencia are pleased with my performances I would like to stay here."

"We have many internationals here and of course we have to target success in the league and the cup."

Valencia do have an option to make the move permanent and Viana will not be alone in hoping they do so, with the Newcastle board, pleased to unload the player.
