Lions raid on Leeds

For the second time in recent years, Millwall have raided the ranks of Leeds United to bring on board a new goalkeeper.

Danny Milosevic will arrive on a week's trial in July, and Lions fans will hope he makes more impact than Chad Harpur - who never really got a look in after his arrival from Elland Road.

Milosevic has had loan spells at Swindon and Plymouth, and joined Leeds from Perth Glory for £100k over 4 years ago.

By the time he links up with the Lions for pre-season training, Milosevic will be 26-years-old and - after sustaining knee and wrist injuries in the past - he needs to kick start his career by joining the right club.

Millwall must have a good reputation in Australia, as the Den has attracted plenty of Antipodeans over the years (Tim Cahill and Lucas Neill being two recent examples).

Milosevic turned down the chance to join Stockport County in favour of a trial at the Den, and hopefully the former Australian Youth international will put his injury concerns behind him
