Shortlist of four?

Who will take over as Millwall's new first team manager? Not to be confused with the youth team boss! Given the likely age profile next season, no wonder some reports have suggested ex-Southampton youth team manager Steve Wigley was offered the job, before taking an assistant's job at Man City!
Yes, let's face it, we're not looking for a manager, we're looking for a wet-nurse miracle worker.
Reports are suggesting Lennie Lawrence might get the job. Despite his Charlton affiliations, he hasn't got a bad track record, so it might not be a bad appointment.
Then there's Ray Lewington. Thought he was going to Fulham as head coach next season, so I'm not sure about that one.
There's also Stephen Constantine to consider. Who? Ex-India manager, but can he cut it in this country? A massive risk, but who can say for sure it wouldn't work.
Finally, there's talk of ex-Wycombe boss Tony Adams taking the reins. Not exactly successful as a manager in the past, so probably the biggest risk of all. Not so bad, if he was part of a management team alongside someone more experienced, as Adams might come good one day.
