There are two changes to the Pirates starting line-up, Joe Elderkin is named to partner Chester Ribbons in the centre, and Ollie Andrews is selected at loosehead-prop ahead of Billy Young. Exeter Chiefs loanee Ehren Painter is again included on the bench.

This will be a tough game against an inform Hartpury side in this winner takes all clash.
If we produce the same level of performance as demonstrated over the last few games we are certainly capable of winning this game and qualifying for the play offs.

Hopefully the boys will be given a boost by all the good news this week. As P15 says, it's a tough place to go but we could do it if we are on top form.

Hartpury 30 Pirates 21
A battling performance by the pirates wasn't enough to secure the victory to take us into the play offs.
Despite the loss , the pirates can be proud of their season after a difficult start they have finished a credible 7th.
Hopefully everyone can enjoy the break and come back refreshed for another season.
Best wishes to all of the players who are leaving the club.

Pirates battled hard, but we just didn't quite have enough in the second half. The boys can have a well deserved break and we've already signed a lot of quality players for next season.

Pirates appeared to dominate the first 20 minutes but give Hartpury there due they did not let the Pirates score. As mentioned a decent break for the lads and looking forward to next season. What date does the new season start??
