Berisha Gets Permit

Besart Berisha, has had a work permit granted and will now be able to complete his £340,000 signing for the Clarets

Steve Cotterill told the official website:

"We are delighted with the decision, not only for ourselves but also the fans, who took to him when he played here recently.

"We are especially pleased for Besart himself because he was desperate to come to Burnley."

"We are now awaiting the work permit, which will hopefully be issued tomorrow lunchtime.

"Hopefully then, all the paperwork will be finalised in time for him to join his new team mates in pre-season training."
