No Coyle for Clarets Yet

Contrary to reports this morning, Owen Coyle isn't set to be made Burnley manager. The ex-Republic of Ireland International won't be moving south of the border following a request made to St. Johnstone to speak to the 41 year old was turned down this morning.

Reports this morning suggesting Peter Reid wasn't to become Burnley manager but Owen Coyle was. However this afternoon the club announced that they have been refused the chance to negotiate and are therefore unable to come up with some sort of agreement.
