Alastair Reviews The Sunderland Game

Played three, won three. What a home record. The fact that it is an exact mirror of our away record so far this season took nothing away from the joy that met the final whistle at Turf Moor today.

After the batterings we took at Chelsea and Liverpool, which took our "shots on target against" stat to 39 (top of that particular league) this was an important match. On the way in, the mood was not great. "Got a bad feeling about today," seemed to be quite a common feeling.

Alister is a prolific writer . He senses the pulses of the supporters and translate them in wonderful writings . Usually it is a pleasure to read them .

he has rightly pointed out that some players were wonderful and the club is in the ascendence .It is the great expectations of all fans that Burnley do march ahead and bring us the good remembrances ofthe late 50s and 60s .
