Burnely Football Club have issued the following press release, regarding the Blackburn Rovers game.
Following the Blackburn Rovers travel advisory released by the club earlier this week, Lancashire Police have asked Burnley Football Club to reiterate the following, revised information.
‘All travelling supporters must use an authorised coach. These will begin loading at Turf Moor from 9.15am for departure times starting at 10.15am. This includes supporters' club coaches, which must make their way to the rendezvous point at the ground.’ The original release is as below, with the previous paragraph in question underlined.

This fixture is very high profile and, as a result, there is perceived to be a risk of public disorder if measures are not implemented. Therefore, Burnley Football Club would like to clarify travel arrangements for all visiting fans attending the game.
A decision to use coaches for all visiting fans for both games was taken as a tripartite decision between Lancashire Police, Blackburn Rovers and Burnley Football Clubs. We hope that that supporters understand this was taken purely in the interests of the safety of all fans ahead of, during and after the Premier League games. This method of transportation was used for previous fixtures between the two clubs and resulted in the safe travel of all supporters and mitigated the risk of public disorder.
Every game has to be evaluated on its own merits, looking at safety of spectators, travel arrangements and intelligence-led Policing. For the fixture at Ewood Park on Sunday, October 18 (1pm KO), Burnley Football Club has therefore agreed to the following measures: All travelling supporters must use an authorised coach, departing from Turf Moor from 9.15am. This includes supporters' club coaches, which must make their way to the rendezvous point at the ground. Special arrangements are in place for disabled supporters.
All persons purchasing a ticket from Burnley Football club will pay a subsidised charge of £5 towards the coach travel. This will be added to all ticket prices, via postal applications only, as advised. Supporters' Clubs are allocated with limited number of tickets and will supply coaches for the allocated number only. Lancashire Police advise that supporters are dropped off wherever possible, rather than parking on adjacent streets. Coaches will leave for Ewood Park in convoy to ensure the safe arrival of all spectators in time for kick off. Blackburn Rovers Football Club will open the ground in good time for the game, with catering facilities made available for early arrivals. Lancashire Police will operate cordons around Ewood Park and refuse entry to any Burnley supporters. The only way to travel to this game is therefore by authorised coach. ENDS

So you have to sit on a coach outside Turf for up to an hr before setting off to a ground 10 miles away and then waste 2 hrs of life sat in that sh*thole called Ewood before the game starts.... Welcome to the 21st Century
