Media Release From Burnley Football Club

Burnley Football Club would like to thank supporters for their continued patience.
The manual processing of over 7,000 supporters applications, along with the options available, has taken longer than anticipated.
However, we can now confirm that all supporters (not Premium Credit) who requested refunds will begin receiving cheques via post next week.
The first batch of cheques covers supporters with surnames A – P inclusive.
The ticket office continues to process the remaining couple of thousand applications and further information on these will be announced next week.
Finally, there are still a number of supporters who have not yet sent back their requests for refunds.
We respectfully ask that anyone who has not yet returned their form do so as soon as possible.
Supporters with Premium Credit agreements are currently having their agreements cancelled by the club and Premium Credit will send refunds accordingly.
