Burnley 2 Leeds United 1
By Burnley FC
March 15 2014
Burnley came from behind to defeat Leeds United and win for the fourth time in the last five games. Scott Arfield made the difference midway through the second half after his initial shot was blocked.

Earlier, an own goal by Jason Pearce cancelled out Ross McCormack’s opener inside the first 45 minutes.

Full away end, should make for a cracking atmosphere.
Cant wait.
All the Leeds fans at work are feeling fairly pessimistic about their chances, and are really just hoping they dont concede a hatful like they have been doing lately.
Im sure it will be another tough game. They do have a decent record against us.
They're on a dreadful run so I hope we go for the jugular.
"You'll beat us about eight nil."
"You'll be smiling on Monday".
"Danny Ings'll get about six!"
Hmmm.

Even though Leeds will want to shore things up at the back after their recent outings, they are up against Burnley at home .
Just can't see them sorting themselves in time for the Turf.
Anything can happen with this lot, the devil looks after his own.
"A truth’s initial commotion is directly proportional to how deeply the lie was believed. It wasn’t the world being round that agitated people, but that the world wasn’t flat. When a well-packaged web of lies has been sold gradually to the masses over generations, the truth will seem utterly preposterous and its speaker a raving lunatic."
"The ideal tyranny is that which is ignorantly self-administered by its victims. The most perfect slaves are, therefore, those which blissfully and unawaredly enslave themselves."
I'm hoping Kightly's back in, despite his well remarked poor final ball we need his energy, his workrate, the non-stop running, at least for the first hour.

But up top, they are more than capable of scoring. McCormack and Wickham will be a handful. And Smith, although a shite footballer, has been bagging a few lately as well.
Id like to see us get an early goal. We'll be alright if we do.

I know Stanislas created the third, but how was he defensively? I know Dyche likes all his players to dig in and it appeared that was a big part go why he wasn't featuring.
I couldn't knock him for effort Jabber, he got back and helped out best as he could, but once again we were over-run when he came on. Maybe it was co-incidence.

Just got back from work, was followed between junctions 27 and 26 of the M62 by the Gillingham team bus.
They must be at Bradford.
Just need to get through it and come out with at least a point.
Other results going our way at the mo.

Brilliant stuff.
QPR play their game in hand on Tuesday at Hillsborough, could be tricky for them, depends which Wednesday team turns up.
LC I would not worry about Rhodes. He is on his farewell tour with Satan's team at the moment. He will have flown to coup the start of next season.

Be happy with a raggy 1-0 win I think. All about results now not performances
Ok wasn't 1-0 n wasn't the architypal raggy but still say it's all about results not performances at this point of season.

That Mr Jones is a lucky boy, twice in 6 days he's put one of the top scorers in the division through on our goal, and twice the ball has hit the same post and bounced back out. Makes you think someone up there is watching him......and us perhaps.
And rightly so, God is looking after us.
We've done this the proper way, especially when you hear this week that the Fair Play rules are about to be scrapped.
Makes you wonder why we bothered to adhere to them, still it might not matter for us in a few weeks.
