With it being on tv i hope it doesnt turn people off going on.

“The Club arranged a similar sea of blue for a massive away game at Nottingham Forest last season and it was a day nobody will ever forget. Hopefully we’ll experience something similar at Burnley between the top two sides in the league.”

Recalling last season’s famous win in front of the travelling Blue Army at Nottingham Forest, City’s Liam Moore said: “We had 2,000 fans at Forest, and they made a hell of a difference. It was an unreal experience.”

A limited amount of away tickets for City’s trip to Burnley are available on general sale priced at £28 for Adults, £17 for Seniors/Under-22s and £8 for Under-18s. Tickets are available to purchase from the City Fanstore ahead of the Yeovil Town game (except during the one hour prior to kick-off) and immediately after the final whistle.

Theyve not sold out their allocation yet. Still about 500 tickets left for them yet.

Wonder what Dyche will do with Marney missing the game? Wonder if Trippier will be back for then or not?

If so, Baird could go into midfield. Arfield may be moved central with Kightly and Stanislas on the wings.
Cant see Edgar or Stock being involved apart from off the bench.

No, me neither. Be a lot happier with Arfield there than the other two in such a huge game.
They'll be well up for this.

Trippier will still be unavailable according to Burnley's #1 Fan.

I have been working closely with the medical staff at Burnley FC and can exclusively reveal that Trippier will not be fit for the game on Saturday.

Seeing as Dyche will have known for a while that we were likely to lose Marney for a couple of games, he'll also have known for a while what he was going to do when it happened.

No worries, Sean will have it in hand, despite the one game at a time soundbite, he'll have been thinking about this for weeks.

This game has a maximum of 3 points available to either team. I will say again, the better they are the better we will be.Either side are capable of winning this game...........should be one hell of a game with an atmosphere to match and I wish I could be there.

3,000 is impressive to say we took about 500 there for a lunchtime Sky Kick Off at the start of December.

LS 2/1 are longer odds than 8/5, so on that book Leicester are favourites to win.

Agree MH, how they've priced it up like that I've no idea, absolutely bizarre. Just based on the stats we should be around 5/4 and Leicester around 9/4. I won't be putting money on us, I never ever bet on us in any game, but if you want a value bet then Burnley to win @ 2/1 with VC is as good as you're going to get.

My priority for the Clarets in this game is a clean sheet.

Spot on Soapy,a clean sheet would guarantee us at least a point and keeps the run going,a win would be a bonus against the league leaders with us having a slightly weakened team and really put the pressure on the chasing pack..Come on the Lashers at QPR..

For me it's got all the hallmarks of being a draw,with both teams wanting to get sommat out of the match and keep their undefeated runs going..

To be fair, he's equally poor towards each side.

If we can get something out of this now, it will be incredible from Dyche and the team. We've looked bereft since Vokes went off, which is understandable given the other missing players.

Edgar for Vokes is a strange one, could have lost us this one.

This is incredibly frustrating.

On this showing I don't think we can complain about Leicester being champions.

They've done what they've needed to do, cracking goal by Nugent. It's amazing we're still in it, we're really missing the threat up top.

Fair play to Leicester ,they have deserved their win..Sh)t happens..Just hope we can put this behind us and get on with the next game .. not quite finger nail biting yet,but you can always rely on the clarets to put you through it ..

If Vokes is out as well now, it's going to be hard-going to get over the line.

Definitely. He'll learn from today and if Vokes is out too, he certainly won't make the same decisions as today I wouldn't imagine.

Manager got to take the one for me, not having a dig as he's allowed mistakes like anyone.

Changing the formation that we know and the one that "they all know what their job is" upon Vokes going off hurt us far more than losing Vokes himself.

Massive mistake that. Affected every thing we do everywhere on the pitch.

Wallace instead of Edgar with Stan down the middle was the change to make upon Vokes going off.

We might still have lost (Marney was the biggest loss we've had all Season and I knew he would be when he got that booking all on Tuesday), but we'd have stood a better chance - that's the moment we were always gonna lose, that system change.

We can get within a sniff of them next weekend with a bit of luck.

Anyone know who their game in hand is and where/when?

Away at Wigan next-week I think.

Sean Dyche says they'll have to wait and see how Sam's injury settles. Ominous given that's what he said about Ings and Trippier, too.

Barnes needs support, I'm sure he'll get it in the next game if Vokes is out.

you can forget about catching Leicester now, just hope they do us a favour and beat QPR.

I thought Leicester were impressive today, right from the kick-off it never looked for a minute as though they weren't going to win that game, quicker, stronger, more skilful, no complaints from me at all.

Having said that I agree with MH, Dyche made it easier for them than it should have been. It seemed to take an awful long time for them to decide what to do about replacing Vokes, and then they got it badly wrong imo. I'm still trying to work out why you'd replace a striker in a 4-4-2, with a holding midfield player and go 4-1-4-1 when you're at home, surely you're not going for 0-0 when there's still 80 odd minutes to play. There were plenty of other options, all of them less disruptive to the way we like to play.

I don't why Kightly stayed on so long either, he was a liability, Treacy should have replaced him at least 10 minutes earlier, long before it went 0-2.

But again as MH says, he's entitled to get some things wrong, it hasn't happened very often.

Not just that BC but the whole dynamic of the side went, the players always say how under this manager they know their job etc. familiarity. Full back would have been faced with different Burnley layout in front or them and different style wingers. Centre half had a different layout in front is them etc etc etc.

To be brave and play Arfield central to then go 451 five mins later rather than still retaining 442 was senseless.

Let what go? We are factually closer to 1st than 3rd. We are factually more likely to finish 1st than 3rd. Let go being boring please.

It's still possible, although extremely unlikely, that Wigan could catch us. In which case I hope Leicester smash the f*** out of them on Tuesday.

i'll be watching the remaining games closely - officials players and managerial decisions, to include QPR and Derby.. as it's big money time.

Hoped for a draw today -as feelings of a win weren't coming, but still, barring something extraordinary, were up with Leicester.

With our best 4 players out and not knowing when 3 of them will be back
we might just need our challenges for
2nd spot to drop more points than anticipated

Not much to worry about really FL, even with a rag-bag eleven out today against the best team in the league, Heaton was, for the most part, a spectator. We'll comfortably pick up the few points we need for promotion, couple of wins, couple of draws, three defeats will likely be enough, but we'll do far better than that.
