Cardiff City 2 Burnley 2
By Burnley FC
November 28 2015
Two goals in the final five minutes capped a stunning fightback from the Clarets in the Welsh capital. Rouwen Hennings' first goal for the club in the 85th minute set up a grandstand finish after goals in each half from Aron Gunnarsson and Sean Morrison had given Burnley a mountain to climb.

The Clarets had felt hard done by at that stage after Matthew Connolly’s blatant hand ball in the penalty area to deny George Boyd, with the score still 0-0, incredibly went unpunished.

The goals we conceded are a bit worrying , very basic crosses and headers in the box that should have been defended with relative ease.
Seems like a good comeback though. Das Boot took his goal well, hopefully that'll give him some confidence to kick on.

Worst performance of the season according to Jamie Hoyland, something's not right and Sean doesn't seem able to put it right.
What do you think is going wrong BC ? Sean needs to get agrip then and fix it fast..
Hennings scoring. Hopefully he can get some confidence from that.
Barney playing. Hopefully he will be starting soon.
Boyd back. Looks like his best game of the season. Lets hope it is the start of some consistency.
Bad to see:
Another draw. I know we rescued a point at the end but draws are killing us. Maybe a loss would be the point at which we sorted ourselves out.

Always said Burnley fans love a moan. Some people seem to revel in us not winning every game at this level. Amusing really.

We drew 15 games the last time we got promoted, that didn't kill us because it gave us 15 points rather than minus 15 points.

Maybe it's because the players want to play football but the manager won't give them the freedom..??
Just a thought

From what I've seen Alfie we're simply not as good a team as we were two years ago, most likely because Derek isn't as good as Trippier, Keane isn't as good as Shackell, we miss Marney in midfield, Vokes seems lost without Ings alongside him, Boyd and Arfield out wide aren't as effective as Kightly and Arfield were two years ago and there isn't the option yet to use Barnes either. Not a lot Sean can do about it really apart from tinkering round the edges, we are what we are, a play-off team imo.
Maybe we've been spoilt these last two years, we don't have any automatic right to be top two in this league, nowt wrong with a club like ours being top 6 after having to sell players like Ings, Trippier and Shackell, they were never going to be easy to replace.
