Burnley FC Fixture List Premier League 2016/17

2nd game should be Liverpool away, I heard on Radio Merseyside this morning that Liverpool have made a request to Burnley, to switch the game Turf Moor, as there seems to be some concern that the stand extension at Anfield may not be completed, so a possible 2 home games to start with, a good thing or not?

I'd be happy to play them at home, our early away fixtures are horrendous, switching that game would help enormously imo.

At the back end of the season, assuming we'll be in need of points, I can't imagine any club having an 'easier' last four games than we have. And I know there are no 'easy' games in the PL, but those four as easy as they come at this level.

We would end up having 4 away games on the trot in march though, a big no from me.

If you are a betting man put your money on a win against Bournemouth on Dec 10.
Joe is mascot and in the three he has done so far we have won them all. That's a pretty good record.

I'm off on a cruise from Southampton in October, we sail on Sunday 16th October, and I was resigned to missing three PL games. But for once I've got lucky, turns out we're away to Southampton on that Saturday, and the hotels are already booked for the Friday and Saturday night in Southampton. I really wasn't expecting that.

Sky or BT could feck it up yet though.

Yes but the other three are against Hull, Swansea and Sunderland, if we're incapable of picking points up visiting places like that we're going down anyway.

I know 4 away on the trot isn't great but our first 5 away matches are Liverpool, Chelsea, Leicester, Southampton and Man Utd. With our attitude to signing players, leave it a late as possible, even after the season has started is fine, we need as easy a start to the season as possible. I'm much more worried about those five games than I am about Hull, Swansea and Sunderland in March. By then we might have our first team out.

My sister has booked two weeks in Tenerife from 20th sept to 4th oct thus missing two home games abit ?????? off coming all that way but never mind i should catch 4 home games and hopefully a few away games
