On his return to the side, winger Maxwel Cornet thought he had given the Clarets a first half lead but had a goal ruled out for offside, with the Foxes netting twice in the last 10 minutes to earn three points. Clarets manager Sean Dyche made three changes to the side which drew 1-1 away at Crystal Palace last Saturday, with Cornet, Ashley Westwood and Charlie Taylor all returning after spells on the sidelines. Young striker Lewis Richardson was also named on the bench having signed a contract extension with the Clarets recently. Meanwhile, visitors Leicester came into the game on the back of a free weekend due to Chelsea’s involvement in the Carabao Cup final, but made four changes from the team which won away at Danish Side Randers in the UEFA Conference League last Thursday. Not sure Sean should have brought Max in but hey ho too many games in such a short space of time have done for us.
Chelsea up next so can't be too difficult can irt?
As always there's the strong possibility that there will be three teams worse than us, and there are already two of them in Norwich and Watford, we just want one of Everton, Leeds or Brentford to really implode and we're safe as houses.
