In-form Clarets move to top of the league with thrilling display against the Swans Burnley extended their unbeaten run to 12 matches in all competitions on Saturday, after a convincing 4-0 win over Swansea City at Turf Moor.

The Clarets, who moved to top of the Sky Bet Championship with the victory, opened the scoring through Vitinho's header, before Jay Rodriguez doubled the hosts' lead on the half hour mark. Anass Zaroury then grabbed his first Burnley goal just before the break, with Rodriguez then grabbing his second 10 minutes into the second half. Vincent Kompany made just one change from the side that beat Coventry City last weekend, as Arijanet Muric came back in between the sticks for Bailey Peacock-Farrell. First Half It was the Swans who carved open the first opportunity of the game, as Joel Piroe forced Muric into a smart save with a curled effort from outside the area, with the Kosovan keeper pushing it behind for a corner.
