Zaroury, Vitinho and Ekdal goals seal impressive victory Burnley extended their magnificent winning run in the Sky Bet Championship with a ninth consecutive victory against Norwich City on Saturday afternoon.

 Anass Zaroury opened the scoring at Carrow Road, before a quick double from Vitinho and Hjalmar Ekdal in the second half secured all three points in Norfolk.

 Manager Vincent Kompany made three changes from the team that beat West Bromwich Albion last time out in the Sky Bet Championship.

 Hjalmar Ekdal was handed a debut in defence replacing Charlie Taylor, with Bailey Peacock-Farrell coming in for the injured Arijanet Muric between the sticks.

 Johann Berg Gudmundsson also returned to the starting XI following a short spell on the side-lines in place of Samuel Bastien in midfield.

Really good performance, everyone put a great shift in. Barnsey was my stand out with his fantastic all round play.

Didn't think I'd say it this season but Barnes before Jay Rod....

Maatsen and Beyer were outstanding.

Ekdal looked promising. He has the characteristic style of Tony Adams.

I don't think it will happen but I'd like BPF to be given a chance....
