The Longsider Match Experience...

A new year and the first home game of 2004! To mark today's game The Longsider hopes to develop and expand our match day service for you fans.

Plenty of clarets cannot make it to the match on a Saturday - especially for away games - while those exiled fans do not have the handy tool of Radio Lancashire or 2BR.

Thus we are planning to expand our match day service for you fans. First and foremost we will keep you up to date with the latest score and main incidents via our "Front Page." The main story will be constantly updated with new information, while the "Just In" prompts will bring all the important match action.

Second we are offering a CHAT ROOM experience! If you go to chat room on our menu bar and click 1882 (click yes to pop up) you can chat with fellow clarets.

Feel the highs and lows with others and share some pre, during and post match banter.

We do hope clarets and football fans alike will join us - indeed West Brom fans are very welcome.
