News on a new Fantasy Football League to raise money for the Trust via subscription and the upcoming meeting after the Malaga game.
The Clarets Trust will be holding their first open meeting of the new season on Saturday 23rd July, directly after our pre-season friendly at home against
The Trust board will be reporting back on the events of the summer which included two meetings, held with the club regarding the £3 surcharge for walk ons and the potential buy back of Turf Moor and Gawthorpe from Longside Properties.
There will also be news of forthcoming events but most importantly it will give supporters an opportunity to have their say and put forward their suggestions and ideas.
In conjunction with Clarets Mad, the Trust will be running a Fantasy League this season entitled Fantasy
The cost of joining the league is £10 per entry, half of which will go to the Trust and half in prize money to the top placed teams at the end of the season as well as Manager of the Month awards from September to April.
There are three easy steps to join the league, registering in the Trust's league, register your team in the game and then using one of three methods to join.
To register, visit www.darnone.co.uk. You need to fill in the larger right hand box and specify by which of the three methods you wish to pay. On subsequent visits you can enter your email address twice in the left hand box to check the status of your registration.
You will then need to register a team in the Fantasy League game itself run via the Premier League’s official web site which is at http://fantasy.premierleague.com and once your payment has been recieved, you will be sent a code to allow you to register that team in the Fantasy Mad League.
You can pay by cheque, online banking or via Paypal although there will be an extra 50p charge for using Paypal.
