Millwall Preview
Millwall fans were barred from this game. Before hand I noticed a sign saying away fans always welome which was there every match had disappeared. Dean West gaves us the lead from the penalty spot after a foul on Papadopolous. Paul Ifill (Millwall) ran the show that night and Millwall turned the scoreline around to lead by 2 goals to 1, but were denied a deserved 3 points by a late Ian Moore equaliser.
Millwall 1-1 Burnley 2002/03
Don't remember much from this game other than thinking about the FA Cup quarter finals and Ian Moore giving us the lead only for them to controversially equalise late on after poor refereeing.
Burnley 1-1 Millwall 2003/04
Millwall took the lead in this game in the second half only for Ian Moore once again to be the thorn in their side equalising with an excellent backheel. I was disppointed as I felt we could have won the game.
FA Cup Round 5 Millwall 1-0 Burnley 2003/04
Very disppointing as we failed to reach the quarter finals going out to eventual runners up Millwall. Dichio gave them the lead and Alan Moore missed a sitter of a header for us late on which would surely have taken the tie to a replay.
Millwall 2-0 Burnley 2003/04
Again very disappointing
Burnley 1-0 Millwall 2004/05
We took the lead through a debatable Robbie Blake penalty. Millwall created a lot of pressure and hit the woodwork late on and were unlucky not to get a point.
Millwall 0-0 Burnley 2004/05
The last match of the season and not a very eventful one Hyde had a debatable penalty saved by Graham Stack and that was about it.
Fingers crossed for a Clarets win to move us 3 points closer to the 75 point mark for the Play-Offs if you're an optimist or the 54 point mark to stay up if you're a pessimist.
