Details for the Ted McMinn benefit match which takes place on Bank Holiday Monday, May 1st are available at a game that will take place at Pride Park.

A magazine will be available ahead of the game priced £5.

50 special autographed editions are available at £50. This includes being featured on a "roll of honour" page along with your message of 20 words.

Otherwise you can pre-order an autographed copy for £12.50 (inc. p+p).

Fans choosing to take up either autographed option should send a cheque (made payable to Ted McMinn Benefit Scheme) along with the name they would like to see published and, if they are opting for a limited edition copy, the 20 words they would like to include.

Ted's benefit match will take place on Bank Holiday Monday, May 1, with a 3pm kick-off. Tickets are priced at £10 for adults and £5 for supporters aged 16 and under and 60 and over.
