Clarets Trust Press Release Clarets Trust Members Meeting with Barry Kilby
This is to remind members of the Clarets Trust that there will be a meeting with Burnley FC chairman, Barry Kilby in the Turf Moor Foundation Lounge at 5pm following the QPR match on the 8th April.
A series of questions are being devised based on those received from Burnley fans by the Clarets Trust and it is hoped that Barry Kilby will be able to answer these at the meeting. The Clarets’ form has improved recently after a disappointing spell after Christmas and the fans are now hoping for as high a finish as possible to the 2005/6 season with a view to making a significant challenge for promotion in 2006/7.
What are the Chairman’s plans and ambitions for the Club? What is happening about the three-year plan and the Turf Moor sale? The match day and season ticket pricing policy has recently been announced, what concerns do the fans have? How much money will Steve Cotterill have to spend on players in the close season?
Why not come along and hear what our Chairman has to say?
Don't worry if you're not a Trust member, you can now join or renew your membership for a special rate of £5 which will last until 1st October this year.
In order to attend the meeting you will need to show that you are a member (we will have a list of members at the door so don't worry too much if you've lost your membership card!). We should be able to sign a limited number of people up on the day but please join or renew as soon as possible otherwise you may end up queuing to join on the day and miss the actual meeting!

The Longside Sponsors a Keg of Beer
The Longside have sponsored a keg of beer at the Clarets Trust Second Beer Festival which will take place in the Foundation Bar on the weeknd of Friday 28th April, Saturday 29th April and Sunday 30th April.
The bars will be open virtually for the whole weekend, including before and after the Luton game at home, which is the last game of the season. The Longside have sponsored 'Dark Star' ale, and our logo will be on the barrel, so why not pop over and have a taste?
Dark Star is particulary popular with those who frequent the Ministry of Ale on Trafalgar Street before a game and will also be popular with members of The Longside admin team at the beer festival, so make sure you come over and have a taste, before it all goes!
