Hleb signs for Barca - 11.9 million

Alexander Hleb, the man who loves to run around in circles and never ever shoot has left noisy Hampstead for the peace and quiet of Barcelona. Hleb is being paraded at Barca right now, you would think they would tire of sloppy seconds from Wenger, but you only have to look on ebay to realise there is one born every minute.

 He will now be able to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Ramblas, with its massive collection of human statutes. It is probably good news for Henry who has been longing for someone to pass to him.

I really used to respect his skill and technique, but one day I suddenly thought but what is Hleb for? The answer was 2 goals and 7 assists in the premiership. I realised that actually Hleb was a "great player who is really pants".

he will settle nicely into Barca style of play...

Short passes, closed control, plenty of possessions, running around aimlessly and always must pass to one man...Messi.

And if he keeps holding up plays and keeping the balls closed to his feet all the time.....he will be lucky that it is his ankle that will be broken..like Maradona and Juininho.

Iniesta - Xavi - Messi - Hleb.

And he whinges that Wenegr played him out of position....when Xavi and Messi occupies central mdifield or Messi in that free role he craves...(Sm22)

Love to anticipate that he reverts to kind and always look to pass the balls even with an empty goal in front of him....

I knww that we get 11.9m upfront and it rises to 15m, but I bet it won't rise to that much, lol.

Good riddance.

We will play (and have been according to Opta stats) better without Hleb.

When i saw the stats i was shocked.he would do fine in baca but to replace him with ronaldinho may be a risk for baca.ronaldinho is a goal machine while helb is goal shy.thank God he is gone i don't want players who think we are not a big club anymore.when is ade going PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AJ...Ronaldinho is indiscipline and simply lost his appetite in playing.

Let's hope Dinho can redsicover hsi hunger to play at Milan.
Else Milan may ahve bought another dud like Ronaldo.

I wonder be surprise that Kaka will leave and join Chelski to work with Solari to play football, instead of that cricus at Milan now.

ROna dn Dinho = nightclubbing = maybe Dumb & Dumber now.

Merlion the fact remains that ronaldinho's stats at baca was great compared to helb's stats at arsenal.ronaldinho's is still the man..
