Ramsdale and Tomi the only ones who can basically hold their heads up.
Tierney did well for first game for awhile. Got an assist.

White - Shite.

Gabriel is overrated.

Partey - Just keeps on getting worse.

Tavares - Disaster when he came on.

Xhaka his usual shite self. Gets a booking or else you wouldn't have known he was playing.

Saka looks as though he's ferked and couldn't give a damn.

Odegaard scored. But isn't up to it.

Martinelli scores the odd goal, but this is what you mostly get from him. He isn't good enough to start.

Lacazette _ Shite & finished. In his defense (if there is any) he can't play in a frontline without crosses or balls to feet. Something we never managed.

Nketiah - Mr Championship.

Aubameyang - Not on long but missed a great chance again.


14 Players used in that dreadful performance tonight.
And 11 of them were rubbish.

Not sure nketiah is even championship level. This kid is driving around in a £90k Range Rover. He can barely kick a ball, certainly can’t head one.

I won't be changing my opinions to suit anyone and I always make sure my ratings are unbiased despite what I might think of a player.

If you don't agree with a rating that's fine but tell me why and I'll explain my thought process without the need to start getting personal.

Tavares is a disaster in the past 2 games he played; and our worst signing ever.

Misplaces passes all the time in dangerous areas.
After misplacing those passes, extremely slow reaction with the turning radius of a container ship. He is just not quick and only got pace.

He never learned and just get rid of him or play him as LW who can track back and at least dribble and tackle better than Martinelli, Aubameyang and ESR.

Tavares may come good later in life.
But at this time he is a no no for playing fullback.

Very harsh on Nketiah. His chance was easy, but that was his best play from the left wing. His closer control and decision making in the final third has improved dramatically.

I wouldn't mind if he started ahead of laca. He is looking the same that he looked in pre season inspite now playing against quicker and better players. He lacks cutting edge but his overall game and cut backs were very good.

I didn't see the game. But my daughter did and she said we were awful except Tomi, Tierney, Odegaard and Ramsdale.

One interesting statistic on the BBC website :

Martin Odegaard’s goal was the ninth consecutively scored by Arsenal in the Premier League by a player aged 23 or younger, their longest such run in Premier League history.

The young players are carrying the old guard. It's embarrassing.

Martin Odegaard has opened up about Arsenal's recent desire to sit deep when leading following their 2-1 defeat to Everton on Monday night.

The former Real Madrid star netted the opener in the first half before Richarlison and Demarai Gray struck late for the Toffees, handing the Gunners a third successive away defeat.


Odegaard admitted that the loss was a particularly hard one to take, claiming that the performance was nowhere near good enough from the north London side and that his side "stopped playing".

Isn't it strange that a manager insisted on total control (shipping out players that disobeyed him) is hapless on the touch-line and half-time to change the pattern and tempo of the team?

And every time he moaned that the team did not played to his expectation and senior players are not leading young players on the pitch.

What is the role of the manager? To keep sniffing up Josh buttends?

If 6 underperforming managers are sacked, latest being Santos and Soljerk, why is Arteta still around?

And look at the bounce of those teams with new managers this season - ManU, Tiny Totts, Aston Villa, Watford, Norwich, Newcastle and even Wolves breathing down our necks.

Ramsdale 6 not much he could have done differently.

Tomiyasu 7 I thought he was our best player.
White 5 not his best game but where was midfield to help?
Gabriel 5 not his best game but where was midfield to help?
Tierney 7 extra point for the assist.

Xhaka 4 he’s back in the team and our midfield looks even worse. Nothing player. Sick of listing out his failings and weaknesses, everyone knows them and they are on show every match.

Partey 4 not sure what is going on with partey. He has all the physical attributes to be brilliant in this league. I really don’t get it.

Saka 4 really poor. If this was Pepe there would be new threads heavily criticising him. He looked ‘too cool for school’. He’s developing an attitude which I noticed at the start of the season. He doesn’t work as hard and he has even changed the way he walks (he now struts around)

Odegaard 5 he looks lightweight. He just gets the ball, turns backwards and plays little passes with his left foot. He’s no right foot at all. Extra point for the goal.

Martineli 5 I’ve been calling for him to start. Maybe I was wrong. Didn’t look at the level at all.

Laca 3 I actually thought he was our worst player on the night. He doesn’t even look like a forward. He just runs 5 yards to try ‘tackle’ someone when he loses the ball so people seem to love him in our fanbase. I hope he doesn’t get a new contract.

Tavares 3 nowhere near good enough for a defender.
Nketiah 5 bizarre sub but he did ok bar the shocking miss.
Auba 4 bad miss again. Can’t believe I’m saying this but at least there’s only a year to go on his deal after this season.

I had noticed and commented this season that Saka had degenerated into a big head charlie as if he had arrived and can't be bother to track back and run box-to-box as in his big-out season.
he is overhyped and I will bet than his agent will start making all sort of noises that his client wants to win silverwares and Arsenal FC is not big enough for him.

I've since watched the game again and you're correct my mark was harsh on Nketiah. He was lgood when he came on bar the miss, which probably clouded my judgement.

I think Arteta will reward him for that performance by starting him against Southampton.

Hopefully not.

Tavares seems to struggle defensively away from home like against Liverpool, ManU and now Everton. Given how injury prone Tierney is, maybe the solution is to play Tierney away and Tavares at home games.

People saying we've missed xhaka, well now we're 1-5 in games he's played this year? That's relegation stuff. Everyone questioning whether he should have committed a tactical foul and gotten sent off to save a goal... HOW ABOUT TAKE A BETTER ANGLE THAT DOESN'T ALLOW THE BALL CARRIER TO SKIP BY LIKE YOU ARENT THERE. Just run along side him and make him pass sideways or backwards.

Xhaka is slow and does not turn quick.
Only his outstretched hands are faster than his feet during turning.
