Arsenal got a masterclass in the dark arts and tight defending against Newcastle. The Magpies are the draw kings of the top rank, with 8 draws and only 11 conceded. Arsenal fans used to proudly sing one nil to the Arsenal, but note they never sang nil nil to the Arsenal. Last season we couldn’t manage a draw for love or money, a couple of draws and we would have been in Europe’s main cup.

Even Neville on TV agreed one of our penalty shouts was valid. Well never mind 7 out of 9 points is not a bad tally, learn the lessons (ie more sharpness needed in box), buy if need be.

6 - Nketiah. Battled well. Good shot at the end

A disappointing day at the office. They sh.it housed their way to a point. Fair play to them
